Renat Besolov’s projects — BFISHERMAN, Maricert and Gloresy

Renat Besolov is the founder and owner of three connected projects: the education organisation BFISHERMAN, the UK maritime certification body Maricert Maritime Certification and the reputation system Gloresy.

All three grew out of Renat’s ten years on the Norwegian crab-fishing fleet and share one logic: candidate self-reliance instead of intermediaries, verified qualifications and a verifiable reputation.

A Russian-language education platform for self-directed job searching in Norway’s seafood industry. It teaches people to prepare documents and a CV, find companies and reach employers directly — without crewing agencies or intermediaries. More than 2,500 graduates.

Maricert Maritime Certification — maritime certification (UK)

A UK body for maritime certification and professional accreditation. It issues STSP and SIPS certificates that strengthen the CVs of candidates without experience. Each certificate is recorded in a database and verifiable by QR code.
