Marketing Communications
The terms on which you receive informational and promotional messages from rbesolov.com, in accordance with the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy).
REVISION OF 17 JUNE 2026What this document covers
This document describes how the website rbesolov.com, owned by the private individual Renat Besolov (the «Controller», «we»), sends marketing and informational messages and how you can manage your subscription.
By ticking the consent box for marketing communications, you voluntarily agree to receive our messages on the terms below. This consent is separate and does not affect the handling of your request.
What you receive
With your consent, we may send: news and announcements of new materials, BFISHERMAN project updates, information about new catalogues, courses and publications, special offers and invitations. We do not share your contacts with others for their own marketing.
Channels and data
Messages are sent by email and, with your consent, via messengers. For this we use the data you provided: name, email address and, where necessary, phone number.
Legal basis
Marketing messages are sent on the basis of your consent — Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and in accordance with Article 13 of Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy), which requires prior opt-in consent for electronic marketing. Consent is recorded at the time it is given (date, method).
Frequency and nature
We aim to send messages moderately and to the point, without abuse. Every message identifies the sender and includes a way to unsubscribe.
How to withdraw consent and unsubscribe
You may withdraw consent and opt out of the mailing at any time and free of charge (Art. 7(3) GDPR; the right to object to direct marketing — Art. 21(2) GDPR).
You can do this via the «Unsubscribe» link in any email or by contacting us through the «Contacts» page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of mailings sent before withdrawal.
Recipients and transfers outside the EEA
To send mailings we engage an email-service provider (a processor under Article 28 GDPR) acting on our instructions. Some services may be located outside the European Economic Area; in such cases transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (Articles 44–49), in particular Standard Contractual Clauses.
Retention period
Mailing contact data is kept until consent is withdrawn or while the mailing remains relevant. After you unsubscribe, your data is removed from the mailing list and deleted or anonymised unless retention is required by law.
Your rights
Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, as well as the right to object to direct marketing and to withdraw consent.
To exercise these rights, contact us via the «Contacts» page. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection supervisory authority in your EU/EEA country of residence (Art. 77 GDPR).
Profiling and minors
We do not take decisions producing legal effects concerning you based solely on automated processing and do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Subscription is available to persons aged 16 or over (Article 8 GDPR).
