The website rbesolov.com (the «Website») is owned and operated by a private individual — Renat Besolov (the «Controller», «we»). The Controller determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through the Website.

We process two groups of data:

• data you provide — when submitting forms (full name, phone, email, message or review text, attached images);
• data collected automatically — IP address, browser and device type, date and time of the visit, pages viewed, referral source, and data from cookies.

We do not request special categories of data (Article 9 GDPR) and ask you not to include them in free-text fields.

The Website uses cookies in accordance with Directive 2002/58/EC. We use: strictly necessary cookies (for the Website to function and for security) on the basis of legitimate interest; and functional and analytics cookies, as well as third-party scripts (e.g., share buttons, embedded video, web fonts), only with your consent where required.

The Controller has access to the data. To operate the Website, we engage service providers (processors under Article 28 GDPR) acting on our instructions: the hosting provider, an email-delivery service, and third-party widget providers (share buttons, embedded media, web fonts). We do not sell your data to third parties.

The Website may contain links to third-party resources (e.g., BFISHERMAN, social networks). Their data processing is governed by their own policies, for which we are not responsible.

Some service providers may be located outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, transfers are made with appropriate safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (Articles 44–49), in particular Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Data is kept no longer than necessary for the purposes of processing: requests and correspondence — for a reasonable period to handle them and communicate; published reviews — while displayed or until consent is withdrawn; marketing contacts — until consent is withdrawn; technical logs and cookies — for a limited period. After that, data is deleted or anonymised unless retention is required by law.

Under Articles 15–22 GDPR you may: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase it («right to be forgotten»); restrict processing; receive your data in a portable format; object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing; and withdraw previously given consent at any time.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data (Article 32 GDPR), including encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) and access restrictions. We do not take decisions producing legal effects concerning you based solely on automated processing and do not carry out profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

The Website is not intended for persons under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data (Article 8 GDPR). If you believe we have received a minor's data without parental or guardian consent, please tell us and we will delete it.

This Policy applies together with the «Personal Data Processing» and «Content Release Form» documents, which detail specific processes.

We may update this Policy. The current version is always published on this page with its date. Material changes take effect upon publication; consent-based parts take effect after new consent is obtained, where required.
