This Cookie Policy (the “Policy”) explains how the website rbesolov.com (the “Site”) uses cookies and similar technologies, what data is processed in the course of their use, and how you can manage your preferences.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the “GDPR”), Directive 2002/58/EC on privacy in the electronic communications sector (the “ePrivacy Directive”) as amended by Directive 2009/136/EC, and the applicable law of the Republic of Bulgaria (Personal Data Protection Act).

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet or smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences for a certain period of time.

• First-party and third-party. First-party cookies are set by the rbesolov.com domain; third-party cookies are set by external providers (for example, share-button services or embedded videos).
• Session and persistent. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser; persistent cookies are stored for a set period.

Marketing and advertising cookies (retargeting, ad campaign measurement) are currently not used on the Site. Should they be introduced, this Policy and the consent banner will be updated before they are applied.

The list below is based on the technical composition of the Site as of 6 July 2026. The exact set depends on the pages you visit (for example, YouTube cookies appear only on pages with embedded videos) and may change as the Site is updated.

Some cookies are set by third-party providers that process data under their own privacy policies. For web analytics the Site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC); analytics cookies are set only after your consent:

The Site also loads external resources that do not themselves set cookies but transmit technical data to the provider on load, including your IP address: Google Fonts (Google policy) and libraries from the jsDelivr CDN (jsdelivr.com).

Certain providers (Google/YouTube, GoDaddy, AddToAny) may transfer data to third countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States. Such transfers take place subject to appropriate safeguards within the meaning of Chapter V of the GDPR — on the basis of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46 GDPR).

Session cookies are deleted automatically when you close the browser. Persistent cookies are stored for the periods indicated in the table above. The record of your consent is generally stored for up to 12 months, after which consent is requested again.
