Content Release Form
The terms on which the reviews, photos, name and likeness you submit on rbesolov.com may be published and used. Compliant with EU copyright law, the right to one's own image and the GDPR.
REVISION OF 17 JUNE 2026What this form is
When you voluntarily submit a review, story, photo or other material (the «Content») on rbesolov.com, you grant the website owner — the private individual Renat Besolov (the «Recipient») — permission to use that Content on the terms described below.
By ticking the consent box when submitting a form, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms, act voluntarily and hold all rights in the Content you submit.
Parties
The Author (Contributor) is the person who creates and submits the Content through the Website's forms. The Recipient is Renat Besolov, a private individual and owner of the Website. This document does not create employment, agency or other relations between the parties beyond the described permission to use the Content.
What content is covered
Content includes, in particular: the text of a review or story; photos and images you attach (including photos with the book or other materials); your name or part of it; and any audio or video you submit.
Rights granted (licence)
You grant the Recipient a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use the Content for informational and promotional purposes related to the Recipient's activity and the BFISHERMAN project, including the right to: reproduce, publish, display and make the Content available to the public on the Website and on social media; and carry out technical and editorial processing (cropping, resizing, formatting) without distorting its meaning.
The licence is granted to the extent permitted by EU copyright law (in particular Directives 2001/29/EC and (EU) 2019/790). Exclusive economic rights in the Content are not transferred to the Recipient — you remain the rightholder.
Right to image and name
If the Content contains your image (photo, video), you consent to the use of your image and name (or part of it) for the purposes above. In the EU, a person's image is personal data and is protected as part of personality rights.
Consent to use your image and name is voluntary and may be withdrawn. The processing of the related personal data is described in the «Personal Data Processing» document and the Privacy Policy.
Authorship and attribution
Authorship of the Content remains yours (moral rights). The Recipient may credit you by your name or part of it (for example, first name and the initial of the surname, or country) — as indicated in the form or agreed with you.
Voluntary nature and no payment
Submitting the Content and granting permission are voluntary. Any gifts (for example, a book) are provided as a personal token of gratitude and are not a reward, offer or payment for a review. No remuneration is paid for the use of the Content, and you make no claim to any.
Contributor's warranties
By submitting the Content, you confirm that:
- the Content was created by you and you hold all rights necessary to submit it;
- the Content does not infringe the copyright, related or other rights of third parties and contains no false, defamatory or unlawful information;
- if other persons are depicted or mentioned in the Content, you have obtained their consent to such use;
- the review reflects your genuine personal experience.
Withdrawal and removal
You may withdraw this consent in respect of future use and request removal of published Content at any time.
To do so, send a request via the «Contacts» page. The Recipient will remove the Content within a reasonable period. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of use carried out before withdrawal and does not extend to copies distributed in good faith by third parties before removal.
Personal-data protection
Personal data within the Content (name, image, contact details) is processed on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) solely for the stated purposes. See the «Personal Data Processing» document for details. You hold the data-subject rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR.
Minors
Only persons aged 16 or over may submit Content and give this consent. If a minor is depicted in the Content, the consent of their parent or legal guardian is required.
Changes and reservations
The Recipient may update this document; the current version is published on this page with its date. This document is informational, does not constitute legal advice and creates no obligations beyond the described permission to use the Content. Where it conflicts with mandatory provisions of applicable law, those provisions prevail.
This consent applies together with the Privacy Policy and the Personal Data Processing document. By submitting Content, you agree to these terms.
